4h 50min, dec 8, 1941 y - Battle of Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore

Description:

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Japanese invaded the British colony of Hong Kong, which caused the United Kingdom to be alarmed and sent troops to fight the area. Japan longed to dominate Hong Kong, but the British fought to prevent it. As the weeks passed, the Japanese, who outnumbered the Europeans, began to crush the troops of the United Kingdom, living a bloody battle with many dead. Japan's superiority was indisputable and by December 25, 1941, Japan had managed to dominate the territory and expelled the British.

After having dominated Hong Kong, the Japanese, very confident of their strength, invaded other British colonies: Malaysia and Singapore, since these were a military fortress of the United Kingdom. And after a battle that lasted two weeks, the Empire of Japan managed to conquer the territories and defeat the British.

By March 1942, the Japanese had managed to dominate much of Thailand, French Indochina, Dutch East Indies and Burma expelled the colonizers from the respective countries.
