Description:
In the summer of 1862, the Dakota people start getting angry, the annuity payments are late again. On August 17, four Dakota men kill five settlers. In the early morning of on August 18, Dakota warriors go to the Lower Sioux agency and kill traders and government officials but most chose not to fight.
