As Megan sit with Dr. Kamal, then Megan and continues to describe Dr. Kamal as " Very Young with incredible dark honey skin. He has hand I could imagine on me, long delicate fingers, I can almost feel them on my skin".
Description:
I consider this an infidelity because Megan is describe Dr. Kamal in a way that doesn't seem to sit right for a married women. In my opinion if you in a relationship no person should be having these thoughts of another individual the way Megan is describing Kamal.
