feb 16, 1167 - Shawar and Amalric meet again to rid Shirkuh.

Description:

Shirkuh attacks and appeals to Shawar but Shawar didn't change sides. Shawar and Amalric sign a treaty. Shirkuh attacks Alexandria but is inconclusive. Amalric leaves some of his troops in Cairo - shows ambition and power.
Amalric now stronger and richer, Shawar's popularity plummeted. Shirkuh lead an army to Egypt again with his nephew Saladin. Amalric attacked Bilbays but withdrew, Shirkuh entered Cairo and was proclaimed vizier. Shawar was arrested and executed.
Egypt became under Nurredin's control through Shirkuh, but died a few weeks later. Saladin was put in charge.
