The first five year plan was created by Stalin it was to take place from 1928 to 1932, then second was from 1933 to 1937, the third from 1938-1942, the fourth from 1946-1953. The first plan was for making a heavy industry, and a collective agriculture this hurt the consumer products. The second one was to do the same as the first because it didn’t work out well. The third was to make weapons. The fourth was to again make a heavy industry, make the military stronger and make the western countries mad.
