The Bolsheviks were the winning party in the russian revolution. They used their red army to defeat the white army. Their leader Vladimir Lenin the younger brother of Sasha Lenin the man who assassinated Alexander the Second. When the bolsheviks won lenin was the first president/dictator of Russia. His successor was Stalin.
