Description:
In 1815, the Congress of Vienna, Austrian Netherlands, and Kingdom of Holland united all together. These countries all spoke different languages, had different cultures, and very different ideals. When France got rid of Charles X in 1830, Belgium had revolted against other countries. The king asked help for help from the European countries but they decided not to help them. Belgium became independent with a liberal Constitution in 1831
