Description:
Grange was formed in 1867 by Oliver Kelley it was a front of farmers against the railroads and shipping company as well as creating a way to cooperatively purchase supplies and market crop prices. In some states, they could even pass "Granger Laws", which put these ideas into effect. The Grange though did not effect or attempt to change the currency of the United States
