Description:
With this OIC, an older OIC from May 9th, 1910 (OIC No 926) is revoked and rescinded. In its place, the requirement that all Asiatic race immigrants to Canada must possess in his own right money to the amount of at least 200 dollars.
This OIC exempts any immigrant to which special statutory regulations apply which would be in contradiction to this rule, or with which there is a special treaty, agreement or convention binding Canada.
