aug 1, 1831 - Nat Turner's Revolt
Description:
Nat Turner and his men reblled and killed 55-65 people but did not succeed in the rebellion as they were caught after by militiamen and executed. Nat managed to run away and survive for a few months before being caught and executed 6 days after his trial, approximately on the 11th of August. Some innocent slaves were also have been killed.
