Description:
On May 10, 1863 “Stonewall” Jackson was shot and wounded by friendly fire while making reconnaissance with a member of his staff. Jackson was a big part of the confederacy and helped win multiple battles. Jackson died because of catching pneumonia and having his left arm amputated. A big reason that most people died in the civil war was because of disease not injured.
