13h 46min, jan 7, 2018 y - We called Telstra to confirm the 2018.1.8 NBN visit, but were told that no visit had been schedule in Telstra's system and they could only see an appointment on 2018.1.17. They even cannot find the phone number of our received SMS from Telstra phone book. We have a reference number for this phone call, it is 1-1371755850.
