Description:
Dragan Vasiljkovic appears before the ICTY, ostensibly to provide testimony against Slobodan Milosevic. Instead Vasiljkovic recants in dramatic fashion. Brandishing papers in the witness box he is essentially told by a judge to stop 'grandstanding'. The ICTY is a United Nations court of law dealing with war crimes that took place during the conflict in the Balkans in the 1990s.
