Samuel Adams and the Sons of Liberty started the committees of correspondence to deliver mail through the colonies faster. Their goal was to spread the news about issues with England to the colonies. The committee helped the colonies form a bond which helped them work together to win the war. The colonies spread news about unfair things that the British did.
