the fascist leader Benito Mussolini invaded Abyssinia (Ethiopia) after calling the league of nations to condemn the invasion nothing was done instead Britain and France had to sign an agreement to give Abyssinia to Italy which allowed Italy to conquer abyssinia which forced them to leave the league.
