Description:
After a series of explosions in a nearby mine the dome over Bichuwa is damaged and the city is depressurized. 5743 lives are lost. Governments have demanded that the Atilim Alliance disband. In response to this the governments of Japan and India and the European space agency all break off from the Atilim alliance. What remains of the group revert to the Atilim sect.
