Gondul spoke with Stormy-Eyes, who stood close by to where the King had awoken. After inquiring if he had recovered alright from the Dreamstride, to which he confirmed, Stormy-Eyes directed Gondul to the large camp at the foot of the mountain called 'Jorunn's Stand,' and that he was expected there.

Gondul rode for it promptly. After arriving at the camp and speaking with a woman named Hlotild the Fox, she directed him to speak with Prince Irnskar, who had requested to speak with him. Gondul swiftly made his way through the camp to speak with the Prince.

Prince Irnskar expressed to Gondul that his father was still weak from the poison, but was nevertheless recovering. He explained that he needed to regain the confidence of the Dark Elves and Argonians, and that his regrettable actions at Fort Amol made them wary.

After asking how he may help, Prince Irnskar directed Gondul to speak with the highest ranking Pact leaders in the camp — General Yeveth Noramil and Eyes-of-Steel. Gondul humbly accepted.

Upon speaking with both delegates, they request Gondul to perform favors for them to demonstrate that the Prince is sincere in his wish to reconcile. For Eyes-of-Steel, Gondul agreed to bring her the head of the Stormfist Commander Hald Bitterblade. For General Yeveth Noramil, Gondul agreed to use his dagger 'Vipers' Strike' to kill Stormfist soldiers in order to charge its enchantment with their blood.

Gondul proceeded to execute several of the unaware Stormfist soldiers with the dagger, eventually making his way behind their lines where he confronted Commander Hald. An intense battle ensued, where Gondul eventually bested him, severing his head with his axe and taking it back to Eyes-of-Steel and returning the dagger to Noramil.

Eyes-of-Steel then agreed to reconcile with the Prince, as did General Noramil after Gondul returned his dagger to him fully charged.

Gondul then returned to Prince Irnskar, sharing the news with him. He proclaimed he already received word that they would reconcile, and that he would thereon out be more respectful to them, thanking Gondul for his aid.
