The Ruby Brotherband becomes an Imperial Legion unit

After fighting alongside Pact forces in the siege of fort Farragut and losing Occidere in the defense of the Skyrim border, the Ruby Brotherband regroup with Zanthor Titanius at the recently captured fort to strategize on what to do next.
After promptly recruiting Raynas into the Brotherband, they decide to ride for the Imperial City to consult with whatever is left of the Imperial Legion in hopes of finding some degree of order, and potentially forging an alliance.
The Brotherband were distraught at the distant sight of the White-Gold tower being uprooted by a dark anchor. Upon reaching the bridge leading into the city, they were halted by an Imperial Legion Captain, Captain Drusus. She denied them entry, explaining the chaos inside.
She mistook them as Ebonheart Pact soldiers, telling them to leave while refusing to partake in the war — but Gondul proceeded to explain that they wished to aid the Empire, whatever was left of it, in return for aid in fighting Molag Bal.
Captain Drusus elaborated on the divide between the Imperial forces loyal to the Empress-Regent Clivia Tharn and what was left of the Imperial Separatist forces who opposed her.
Sorely in need of soldiers following the 2nd Legion's abandonment of Chimera Sanctuary under General Nipia — now referred to as the "Cave of Broken Sails," Captain Drusus formalized terms to allow the men to fight on behalf of the Separatist forces as a small unit.
Gondul signed the necessary documentation given to him, to which the Captain provided the men new issued armor from the nearby camp — though Gondul decided to keep his helmet from Atmora.
