Description:
The development of French troops in interior of Morocco. Germany sent a gunboat( SMS Panther) , threatened warfare and stirred up angry German nationalists. This Crisis had been solved by negotiation between Germany and France. "France took over Moroccan as a protectorate in exchange for territorial concessions to Germany from the French Congo" [ quote from Wikipedia]. Meanwhile, Chancellor of the Exchequer, David Lloyd George had a speech about Germany move as an intolerable humiliation.
