IEEE WIE ENIS SFAX Student Affinity Group organized a coffee talk in the presence of
madam Boudour Ammar, madam Ilhem Kallel and madam Raja Fdhila.
First, we started by introducing each other and our new committee, then we talked about the
challenges facing women in STEM nowadays and we enjoyed sharing ideas, different opinions
and experiences about this matter.
second, we talked about the objectives we wish to accomplish and the events we are planning to
organize by the end of this school year, so we had the chance take counseling from our guests
and get a better perspective on the role WIE plays in helping young women to follow their
dreams and become better contributors in their societies.
Third, our student branch WIE chair Hend Challouf proposed an idea which is arranging the first
edition of an annual congress for IEEE women in engineering which can be a great way to
connect student engineers from all over the country.
