Michael, although stumped on how to cope with women while they are this angry, is not about to give up on his dream. He goes after Pam and begs her to stay, or at least give him two weeks notice before quitting so he can find a replacement. She thinks of her lost job at the Scranton branch, so concludes that this is her last option. She reluctantly agrees to Michaels pleads and follows him back into the building.
