Description:
Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera establishes the Falange Española. The son of the former dictator Miguel Primo de Rivera. Influenced by Italian fascism, the Falange joined forces with a like-minded group, Juntas de Ofensiva Nacional Sindicalista, and issued a manifesto of 27 points repudiating the republican constitution, party politics, capitalism, Marxism, and clericalism, and proclaiming the necessity of a national-syndicalist state, a strong government and military, and Spanish imperialist expansion. This group had power and infuence for about three years. Until the Popular front took majority in office.
