- 1st signed on 7th July with Alexander I of Russia
- Met on a raft in the middle of the Nemen river
- 2nd was signed on 9th July with Prussia
- Made on the expense of the Prussian king
- Prussian King already made truce on 25th June
- Ceded about half of his pre-war territories
