Description:
Germany, Italy, and Japan form "Axis Powers." Agree in this pact that if any are attacked, all will defend them and go to war with attacker. The purpose was to establish mutual defense and deter the U.S. from entering WWII as they would not want to fight a 2 front war (Europe against Italy and Germany and Pacific Ocean against Japan).
