Description:
1. This allowed for vacuum tubes to be created which were essential in a large share of previous computers.
2. Vacuum tubes also increased the efficiency and ability of radio and telephone devices whereas now they are used in guitar amps for a more rustic sound.
3. Vacuum chambers not only acted as switches for computers, but also as amplifiers if necessary which allowed electric circuits to have a greater output frequency.
