Description:
 - Protection of the King and restoration of the Royal authority
- Aim for the welfare of France, no intentions of enriching themselves from France
- No intention of meddling with France's government but want to save France's monarch from captivity
- Allied armies will protect French towns and villages and people who submit to the king 
- Members of the National Assembly who take up arms against 'us' (Austria) will be treated as enemies and punished as rebels
- Inhabitants of towns and villages who defend themselves will be punished immediately
- The city of Paris will be required to submit at once, and without delay, to the king.
