Description:
After great lengths of talk and negotiation, it’s agreed that each Ally country would run a portion of the land, with USSR holding the biggest plot of land as well as the highest population density.
The USSR having ‘discovered’ the land and having the men needed for the operation, it was agreed they would manage the biggest land.
