jun 24, 1976 - National League of Cities v.s. Usery
Description:
States started to question the power of Congress when it came to minimum wage and labor. The 10th Amendment protects the states from government actions. The court decided that the Commerce Clause and the 10th Amendment went against each other and the power of the government weakened, therefore giving states more control over thier own labor in their states.
