sep 13, 1660 - The Navigation Act of 1660 was passed after the first act and its purpose was to also limit colonial trade. It stated that English trade ships must have at least 3/4 of its mariners as Englishmen. It also made certain commodities such as tobacco only allowed to be shipped to England.
