4/30/18 Mid year evaluation with boss. Reiterated to my boss issues with co worker and was told not take it personally. I said my main issue is getting information withheld from me and I was told not to take it personally. I brought up the fact that if the information I get is incorrect I could potentially do some damage to the facility. I was told not to take any personal offense to that. Was told I don’t understand the physics of machines. I stated that when there is a source of magnetic flux and relative motion an emf is generated. My boss continued to repeat show me the physics and come on!, which seemed to be a way to intimidate me. I was very uncomfortable during the meeting. I asked specifically what resources were available to me to help me learn the physics of the machines and he asked me if I still had my books from college and was not able to recommend any resources for me. No technical expectations have been put in place as of yet.
