Former SCADA engineer brought down to mentor me this week. As of this time I have completed the 3 training courses that my co worker has said I needed before he can start showing me stuff. To this date his behavior has continued to remain the same. His interactions with other employees are noticeably different compared with me. I have still yet to receive any kind of plan to get me up to speed, but have been accused of not being a “self-starter” I think having the former SCADA engineer here is a good start, but there should have been a plan in place months ago. I continue to get assignments from my co-worker, but little to no guidance on how to complete these assignments. Found out that co worker with held procedures for uploading plc code. The old SCADA engineer said he should be sharing this information with you and expressed frustration with my co-worker’s behavior toward me
