Spoke to boss regarding issues. I said I was having difficulty communicating with my co-worker. I asked if he had some tips for communicating better with my co-worker. I was told I needed to be a self-starter and needed to be less sensitive. I was also told if my co-worker thinks the questions I am asking him is trivial just ask someone else. He also said you realize I have to do something as if he did not want to deal with the situation. Supervisor said he would talk to my co-worker about my issues. During this meeting he also said he was giving me an incomplete on an assignment where he asked me to take pictures of the brush rigging for the rotating exciters. I asked why and he said that I did not show the current paths. I responded you did not mention that. He said that he did.
