jan 1, 1380 - Gun Powder introduced to War
Description:
This was the big technological advancement of war in this period. This gun powder was used to fire cannons and used in guns to fight military battles. This caused a new form of warfare instead of the calvary warfare. This caused much less training than riding on a horse with a shield, heavy armour and a lance. This often took many years to train. With gunpowder it created guns and took way less time to train a soldier to use it. It also had some disadvantages as blowing up in soldiers faces and it took a long time to load. Gunpowder was also used for making explosions for mining.
