Description:

An epidemic of Yellow Fever was discovered in Philadelphia in 1773, and in 1793 the outbreak was blamed on French refugees fleeing save revolt in Hispaniola. Fatality rates were counted as 100 people dying everyday during 1793 epidemic. There are no treatments for it, even today. Symptoms included in two phases --> fever, headaches, vomiting, loss of appetite (acute phase) and fever, bleeding, loss of kidney function, jaundice, etc (toxic phase)
