nov 9, 1938 - Kristallnacht German Nazi leaders went around during the night and destroyed Jewish business, synagogues, and homes. Later on the Nazi’s would demand an “atonement tax” to be paid by the Jewish community for the damage. On this night, around 30,000 Jewish males were rounded up and sent to concentration camps.
