nov 13, 1767 - The Bosten massacre
Description:
The Boston Massacre occurred in 1770 when British soldiers in Boston opened fire on a group of American colonists killing five men. Before the Boston Massacre the British had instituted a number of new taxes on the American colonies for example, tea, glass, paper, paint, and lead.
The British were aware this event could have devolved into something more serious. And then, the British ended all Townshend Act taxes except for the tax on tea.
