Description:
After three years of war, the country of Ustalav finally falls to the forces of the Whispering Tyrant. King Ardurras Virholt is slain in the Battle of Dawnmarsh and reanimated as a hideous jongleur called the Shrieking Sovereign. The undead sovereign marches ahead of the Tyrant's troops into the capital city of Ardis, and hangs himself from the Palace Tower.
The Whispering Tyrant begins his unholy rule of Ustalav, which continues for over 600 years until the lich and his forces are finally defeated by the armies of the Shining Crusade in 3827 AR.
