oct 12, 697982 - Homo Heidelbergensis

Description:

Homo Heidelbergensis means "Heidelberg Man", they maybe an extinct ancestor Homo neanderthalensis. Their short bodies were probably an adaptation they got to conserve heat. They were also the first hominid species to routinely hunt game. They were the first early human species to build shelters. I can infer that based on the Homo Heidelbergensis skull that they had very large browcase, and a much larger braincase than other hominid groups.
