Description:
Women's version of the Boston Tea Party; Resulting from the boycott on tea, colonists turned to coffee as their hot beverage of choice. During the Revolutionary War, coffee had to be rationed. When one greedy merchant tried to take advantage of this by hoarding coffee beans in his warehouse, local Boston women confronted and assaulted him.
