Our consultant team will enlist an outside professional with a proven record of change management to provide input and guidance for THE company through their transition. Our team will interview the professional and ask employees and management of THE company to submit questions that they’d like to receive answers to from the outside professional. This outside professional will be a source of positive reinforcement for THE company through their transition and will serve to remind THE company, calling on first hand experience, that all the transition phases THE company will experience are normal and worth the investment in time, effort, and energy.
