Description:
At around 10:30 p.m. I attempted to go to kitchen, I turned on light and felted an electrical shock then saw water in hallway ceiling. I tried to open hallway door to get out but water had saturated it, making it hard to open. Finally I opened door and entire living room kitten looked like a swimming pool was poured into it. I went to call maintence and called several times during the night and morning. I attempted to find buckets, bowls, cooking pans, etc. to catch the water. I tried to cover my belongings and keep my ESA animals dry. I continued to empty water through the nite till morning. Fire flicker was coming out of electrical outlets, and fridge raptor was going on and off. I attempted to save food by placing everything in freezer for the moment.. I tried to record flooding as laptop got wet and could not function. Maintence came after lunch and no one was in office as I tried to call then to explains the emergency.
