Description:
After the USA established the Lend Lease Aid, there was some concern that Canada would lose out economically. This declaration allowed US war materials that were made in Canada to be included in the aid. Canada only receives about 20 million dollars from this, but it made them a junior partner of the Grand Alliance - CAUSATION of future political ramifications
