Delegative Democracy: the wester concept of representative democracy did not work out in the south, with legacies of socio-economic problems from previous authoritarian regimes. the transiton to DDs, although not established, is durable. a second transition to a full democracy is possible, bit not necessary. in a DD horizontal accountabilty is low, and the elected delegate is entrusted with full authority to take care of the nation.
