mar 24, 1774 - Intolerable Acts 1774
The Intolerable Acts were meants to punish
the colonists for the act of the Boston Tea Party.
“When News of the Boston Tea Party reached London,
King George 3rd realized that Britain was losing control
of the colonies”. As a result, the intolerable acts were created
just for that reason. The punishments within the act were called
the coercive acts. One of the coercive acts are, he Boston Harbor
being shut down until they have payed for all of the ruined tea.
