With participation from 26 of earth's most prominent countries the Mandel is formed. In an attempt to end the war on The Attilim sect, an international government was needed. The elected leader of the Mandel, Damune Furisaki is essentially a representative of the earth. His Title as Director gave him the power to organise earths government's creating the first international military.
