Description:
Newman became less benign in his second term. He cracked down on universities making expenses through the roof and lowered taxes. He cut several founding projects and increased the military. He discontinued research for NASA and other scientific bodies. He sighted hatred for college graduates along with the pre-existing hatred for all minoties.
