Description:
The cities and metro areas of Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Jacksonville, and Charlotte are brainwashed and were infected by a parasite, which caused them to split their cities into five groups: Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Dauntless, and Erudite. Some people over time lost the disease and were called Divergent. Everyone else was brainwashed into thinking these cities never existed at all.
