Description:
A few weeks earlier, King Charles I was deemed a tyrant and a traitor. On the 29th of January, he is issued a death warrant. He is then executed in front of Banquet Hall, Whitehall. With his death, comes the abolition of the monarchy, which is replaced by a republic system. The Commonwealth is formed. (Kreis)
