jan 1, 1754 - May 28, 1754. Attack on Fort Duquesne. French Forces built and occupied fort Duquesne in Pittsburgh, and ignored warnings to leave Virginia territory. By ignoring warnings, the English went on and attacked the French. Labeling this as the French and Indian War between the English and the French Led by George Washington.
