19h 28min, sep 5, 2025 y - One commander gave us the order to run back to the base, there were no lights, so we couldn't see much, we barely could see. I followed the order and started running, but in the middle of the rush, my left foot went into a hole and I realized it too late because I tried to move forward and that only caused me to lose my balance and fall, causing my knee to bend strongly, making an unnatural movement for the joint.
